Pure water and electricity play fundamental parts in energy sources for production as well as people's daily life. As the economy outgrows, the demand for these industries is escalating. These areas are now prioritized and encouraged for investment by the government.

1.Utilities

GELEX’s utilities include power generation and pure water production with raising daily demand accompanied by country’s development. These sectors has been invested and managed by GELEX Infrastructure JSC (GELEX INFRASTRUCTURE) that has 99.998% ownership of GELEX Holding.

2. Real Estate:

2.1 Commercial real estate

With its huge land fund, GELEX participates in real estate business, especially commercial real estate. Completed and ongoing real estate projects in GELEX system include GELEX Tower – 52 Le Dai Hanh, Melia Hotel Hanoi, and Binh Minh Hotel – 10 Tran Nguyen Han, Hanoi.

2.2 Industrial Real Estate

GELEX will boost investment into industrial park development through Viglacera Corporation – JSC or directly develop projects, if appropriate, and utility services around industrial parks.
Industrial real estate investment will cover affordable social housing and accommodation facilities for specialists to assure workers in industrial parks their livelihoods, contributing the appeal of industrial parks and improved social security. At the same time, in the vicinity of industrial parks, affordable housing projects for local workers will also be considered for investment and development to capture this potential market segment and enhance living standards for regional laborers.
